Biography
Natalie is a partner in the Financial Services Organization of Ernst & Young LLP. She co-leads the EY Americas Wealth & Asset Management practice and serves as the FSO Audit Leader. She is responsible for the strategy, talent oversight and operations of the assurance delivery as well as the financial performance and growth of the wealth and asset management sector.
Natalie is an experienced leader in the asset management industry, leveraging her more than 20 years in the business. She has provided assurance and advisory services across all subsegments of asset management, leveraging her extensive experience with well-known alternative asset management organizations. She has a long track record of guiding many firms in their startup stage through full operation, helping them to build a sustainable infrastructure capable of meeting both short-term needs and long-term goals.
Natalie is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. Natalie sits on the Global Board of Directors of Help For Children (HFC, formerly known as Hedge Funds Care) and serves on the executive and finance committees as the Global Treasurer. She is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Future Leaders Institute Charter School in Harlem, New York.
Natalie was named by the Hedge Fund Journal as one of 50 Leading Women in the hedge fund industry in 2018 and was recognized as one of Crain’s 2020 Notable Women in Accounting and Consulting.
